UNQT. I agree with you on those points. Many times when companies do get into talks of mergers/jv/buyouts, most times they sign NDA's (non-disclosure agreements) in which they cannot say anything until such is finalized. I too feel the audit is completed and possibly in the hands of the SEC right now. We will find out soon enough. Look at MMs yesterday, they bumped up UNQT to close at .0002s so not sure if thats saying anything, but why move it up when they could have left it alone at .0001. All my opinion, do your own DD people. GLTA
