Yes. Also, in a recent article the CEO of Ironridge said the only problem the SEC had with their business is they were acting as broker dealers.

Well it appears based on this SEC letter that these firms were nailed for acting as broker dealers.

Hoping for a cease and desist, share return order plus penalties to be issued to IronRidge between now and end of August.

Not saying it is the only answer to MTVX's problems but it will certainly be better than waiting for the VWAP to end.

When are folks here going to realize IR has been done here. I thought that was perfectly clear a good while back. Investors of APT need to face the fact that there is no interest in this company at all. Clearly the lack of volume indicates that. I don't really understand how folks think this whole IR debacle is going to change anything. Forget IR, APT needs to get off their butts and release information as promised. There is no investor confidence, that lays solely on APT, can't deny it now.
