Doc, G and A are UBRG. I'm not sure why they would move to NDR which is a private company, when being publicly traded is the tool Ali uses to make money. Also, Ali controls Rainco which is managed by his girlfriend. Rainco is the largest shareholder of UBRG. A and G moving to NDR doesn't make sense.
Not sure what you mean by a deal being nullified by consolidation and if you are talking about the ownership of NDR being nullified if they combined with UBRG but isn't that the case for every merger where there is a majority ownership.
If Metwood would have completed the agreement with GEG and UBRG they would have been the majority shareholder. Say Metwood and UBRG merges...they would be one company and not a majority owner.
