I would say that would be

the note holders converting .

And that can sell lower because they are in at about 40%

lower then the last 2 of 10 days traden low

( CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE ).

CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE is secured by the transfer of how many

shares it takes to meet the call to convert.

Most often it is at least a 40% discount to the last 2 days low in

the last 10 traden day's prior to the request to convert.

SO if a stock last 2 days low in the last 10 days is 1.00

the note holder get's issued shares to meet the call of the note

( or part of )

at .60 ( 40 % discount ).

they can keep driven the PPS down and just call to convert more

at the new lows that they made happen by sell down.
