At this point with all sustaining cost of gold at NocheBuena = $1151 which is equal to the current price of gold at $1151. I fail to see why this is a good deal? Looks like a win for Arewenot going to screw you as they can keep oz on an uptrend and lower there overall breakeven. With only one board seat on the Newco whats the chances we ever win a vote?
