The Taylor county $5 million is down to about $1.3 million left with a hold on it. Another BK plunder that made them pull back a little

The loan is NOT from Taylor County, it's from the city of Perry This post says the loan balance is down to just over $1M, but they have not even touched the land since the surveying was done to purchase it, even though they posted pics on their website of the progress in Taylor County. I KNOW this because the land is in my neighborhood. I would also like to know what Kornegay "blunder" made them place a hold on that loan because it's all being kept hush hush from the citizens.
