Terms of the Bayport/LeBonds joint venture are as follows, and will be reflected on our audited financials for the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Last year's 3rdQ was filed Nov 17th...and it didn't promise audited financials. So much for the continual "within 10 days" we have heard for over two years. In another 4 months that chant will restart once again. The agreement announced today will never be filed by these guys.

Looks like we will be financing Shainberg after all. Yet another misrepresentation (nice word for LIE) by Porter.

The smart people got out today.
