This is an obvious pump and dump. Surely this is not unique, but the SEC is overloaded and can't check out all of them, so they would investigate the ones where they get a complaint form filled out as I did.
Hey, if they study it and say that everything is on the up-and-up then great, but if they find otherwise they could undo all trades from a certain date forward, fine the company, or halt trading. This is for SEC to determine what they want to do if anything.
