Supurva is not registered with Sam, a must to bid on Gov contracts. See DD shown by others here to prove this. This is real time, not post from a 2nd party Gov contract site, but Sam, who issues approvals to bid Gov. work, and issue bid invites based on your application, class codes, availible finances etc. But its great to bid on RUMORS
