Proof enough in the share price.

If there wasn't any dumping this thing would be at $5 or higher with all the buying brought in with the promos. Wade and/or his buddies sold a ton of shares into that buying. Without those shares it never would have come down to here.

As far as absolute proof, Wade is the only one who can give you that proof. I doubt he wants to open up his trading records... to anyone, especially the SEC.
