Have you read anything that I have written? There are a lot of very rich people in the Philippines and some that are dead with hundreds of millions tied up in Swiss accounts. Government officials, businessmen, etc. How do you think they got rich. Legally? In the Philippines? You have got to be kidding. Theirs is one of the most corrupt governments in the world. I have a lot of in-laws there some of whom have worked in the mines in Cagayan and in the mountains of Bagiou City for a couple of dollars a day.
