Do you call "give away 5% for $ 3 million " a give-away? Then why does Henc not "give away" 10% of their 49% for 6 million? Didn't Chauncy claim that they had someone interested in that? Where is this nebulous buyer?
He never replied to my distinct question. And of course we all know why. There never was such a buyer. It was a lie. But then we have come to know that Chauncy/Petersen put out false statements on purpose. And that purpose was to get control of the Tgc treasury to enhance Henc's future, which right now does not look so bright.
