damn, wish I would have shorted it A.H.! I figured the deal wouldn't fly---it would have likely meant a delisting from Nasdaq because of the reverse merger structure; at the worst, with "$2/share" worth of Futuredontics, it would justify a significant discount to the $4/share buyout price. But I guess its a wash; I was lucky to not short it before the buyout offer came in, and wish I had shorted it after the PR came out. I'll definitely be looking to play it tomorrow though----hoping its close to $3 somehow at some point to short it.
