USEG plans and IRR

I have not had a chance to listen to the presentation, but I did look at a copy of the PDF of the June 2015 presentation quickly.

The thing that surprised me is that the new projects are expected to have an IRR of only 25%, which seems dismal to me.

I remember AMZG presentations showing IRR of 60% as the low range, and this was for wells drilled in the Bakken and considered 'high cost'.

USEG with 25% IRR seems like they should consider not drilling the wells.
