It's a market maker clearing their books

It's posted just after close at the average price at which they were sold earlier in the day

There is NO trading on the OTC after 4, EVER

scumbags will use these T trades as a tool to trick the uneducated.

More often than not it was a large block given to a MM to sell on behalf of a noteholder or diluter
