#2026 RE: feel-free #2024

eel-free: Look the company is being run by the CEO Mcdermitt and his inside crew for the benefit of themselves and the largest investor who controls the company. News will be forth coming, but I'm sorry if you invested during Zolla's reign as CEO or Chairman, you have ZERO chance of getting whole .. a few pennies on the dollar at very best. They don't give a damn about the old investors and all the lies they were told by Zolla & and his crew to raise money, as Imedicor was nothing but a way to live a life style on investors money. And you can be sure that everyone knew quiet will of Zolla's many misrepresenting in dozens of press releases that were released by the company over many years, including the the board of directors and the large investors in the company. Remember large shareholders don't give a damn about anything but PROTECTING there own misguided investment. If you don't understand what I'm saying, the largest investor has a non dilution cause with the company to protect his investment, so it doesn't matter how many billions of shares or at what price Imedicor dilutes previous and current shareholders with...he's protected his investment, and of course his son is the chairman of the company.

So here we are again. What I would expect when they do release news on the company progress; will eventually include showing the largest controlling shareholder taking a haircut on the free shares he was giving (Remember eveytime Imedicor couldn't pay off his note, it keep rolling over & over the note for more dollars/shares, and that's how you gain controlling interest. For more information on this please refer to VMCI's SEC filings) BUT not that big a haircut that he gives up his control over the company or even a partial loss on his original investment...No way in Hell is that going to happen. Keep in mind this gesture is not for the benefit of the old shareholders who bought in as he did, even though it might look at way at first glance.

Has the new management team made forward progress, yes. Will this new progress once released help recoup most investors money, absolutely NOT! But it will continue the nice fat paychecks to be paid once the restructuring is done they will be able to raise money for there life style.... there are many ways to skin a cat! Being CEO of a public company is the cat's meow!!! Remember, anytime you see management of spec company making hundreds of thousand of dollars a year in salary, not to say anything of the gobs of shares they are given, it is insane to think its anything more than a life style. There's nothing like running a public company, especially when you run it like a private golf club for members only. So are they running the company for investors benefit, only if you have recently invested in the company's private placement NOT the common shares.
