Let's be honest, Why do you think CIRC had LOSSES from 2007 on? Could it be because of litigation with Playboy and 6 other defendants who knowingly tried to bankrupt CIRC? I believe this is a big reason why profits were affected. If Playboy left CIRC continue to manufacture and set up additional distribution everything would have been fine. Jimmy Esebag had/has a personal vendetta against CIRC and I believe it's going to cost him, Playboy and the other individuals and companies he drug into this. WIN, WIN for CIRC!!! Playboy doesn't want this to go to trial. Do you really think they want to take a chance and have previous Playboy management testify against them? Settlements are coming soon I believe.

When I stopped by the Cirtran/Katana offices a few months ago I can tell you that Katana was alive and well and from the looks of things very busy. They were actively hiring based on an interview sheet on the front desk and I saw several employees in the manufacturing area.
