Actually, the detail of the plan was lacking up until this e-mail, which actually describes the process. That, yes, is good.

The "key account" thing is interesting, because that means that they're in the process, but it hasn't been finalized.

both of these issues are fluid, to which i say that is good to see that he is saying what he is allowed to, and nothing more. i'm personally more worried about debt management, but that's all in due time. of course, the product has to actually sell.

Well we should be close to am announcement on key account.

How long does it take for a production run to get to the key account?

How can this not go up as a "Sticky"?!?!? Looks like close to a couple announcements. You can say what you want but, Mr. Vanis has not lied at any time during the past two years. Oh, I know Billboards and Spokesperson. These items were business decisions to use capital for product production due to growth, not lies. We do have a "Game Changer Account". That's good enough for me.

Sounds like the Game Changer is back to Costco or Kroger, the route Sparkling ICE took!

The new "game changing" account truly is a game changer. I realize you (and
all shareholders) would like more details on this account, but I am guessing
you do not want us to jeopardize this account for any reason or under any
circumstances. This is a HUGE milestone in our business model, and it would
be unwise of us to jeopardize this new relationship by "jumping the gun" on
its announcement.

Regarding this newest key account: we expect it to be our game changer based on the path taken by the category leader in the VitaminFIZZ space.

$MINE PTL, great response from Scott. I knew process was complicated but had know idea to this degree.
I and tgy are still standing watch at the TA almost daily. As of today, there has been no change.
I have a very good feeling about Unified and its growth pattern and still contend with it and Avanzar, MINE now has inroads into 1/3 of the United States on the Western side and 50 new locations in London, England.

The process is complicated and time consuming. Pulling electronic
shares out of the DTCC (Cede & Co.) in paper form takes 10 - 25 business
days (depend on Brokerage Firm), then the shares go to our transfer agent in
escrow. From this point, it takes another week (or two) to finalize the
transaction(s). Only at this point will you start to see a reduction in the
Outstanding Shares reported by the Transfer Agent.

To help you understand how the DTCC is involved in this process these vids might help in more ways than one.

PTL that is awesome! Great response by Vanis and it explains a lot of our concerns and makes me much more interested as to what the game changing chain is since it must not be the unified grocers as that relationship has already been announced! I'm so excited to see where this company can go!

GO MINE!

Funny how he didn't say how many shares he bought back. Maybe he bought 2 shares.

He only needs to answer one question: Where's the money from Q4/2014?
