It's a sign of accumulation taking place, buyers looking for the best price. Many are just starting to understand the tech but even more so the charts and indicators are spring loaded. If they don't accumulate under .02 soon they will be accumulating above .03 jmo.
Seriously guys Dabloon knows the tech better then anyone here and as far as charts and indicators I'll put my opinions in the forefront. Now we have a tech and a bullish chart set-up with new people running the company.
