Why average down DWTI in the 80s and 90s is my point? Why weren't you averaging down in the 50s? Just because no capital back then kind of thing?

DWTI struggling here with a juicy lower gap to fill, a lot rides on alot of oil issues his week but this is gonna be fun, UWTI is struggling also in the opposite direction

Greece, China notso bad, rig count not a factor, car not coming off the road, so driving season in force still
