What? "Who cares how old the company is" - I hope you are kidding - HJOE posted many times the new distributor was a 100 year old company.

HJOE was caught lying to shareholders - that is fraud!

Plus, you don't seem to understand about SMS - they aren't the distributor for all of the Tabasco products - they aren't even a distributor - they sell independent franchises or dealerships.

Who cares how old the distribution company is. if it has routes already in place for tabasco doesn't that speed up the distribution and placement for HJOE? Rather than time spent on local distributors in various regions? Don't you see tabasco in every place from Krogers to 7/11? Walmart, etc?

SMS has local distributors - nothing they have is nationwide!
