Intellicell process is most certainly NOT approved by the FDA.
And there is NO deal with the Andrews institute, you can go ahead and check with them, I did.

Better do your DD's, has nothing to do with other programs.
Just for the record FDA approval of the Doctor's PROCEDURE, keyword as being PROCEDURE and not drug is the clue.
