If this is still the share structure:

Authorized: 500,000,000
Outstanding: 271,316,667
Restricted: 190,286,249
Float: 81,030,418;

then I believe the holder of the restricted shares would control any vote, since the restricted shares represent 70% of the outstanding shares. Correct me if I am wrong.

RESTRUCTURING IS THE ANSWER,UNTIL THIS TAKES PLACE WERE PRETTY MUCH STUCK.IMHO the days of jb addressing this board r probably over,which imho should have happened a long time ago,he needs not to be on here acting like a day trader that lessens r chances for survival imho.The title says it all CEO he needs to start acting like one and i believe what he is doing by not coming here is a big step in the right direction.Godbless and our Prayers are with you in your new job as i believe you stated is your first CEO job.tjpainter
