Just one more thought. Since the company was probably just as surprised as we were, that the late Friday press release attracted that much buying, and helped this stock close up 50% on the day, shouldn't they be considering another piece of good news for early Monday morning, pre meeting time??? With the stock beaten down as badly as it is, and the selling volume drying up, it sure looks like it wouldn't take much for this stock to jump another 50%!!! Florida

Reverse split seems like it is going to happen. Just hope PPS rises before the split occurs. I am impressed with the level of attentiveness the President gives to the shareholders. He always responds to e mails and concerns. Meeting is Monday June 12:00 in their office on Rodeo drive.


Our investment in this company could go flat or could skyrocket. I am hoping for the latter. Their last press release on friday shows they are listening to us shareholders.

Imperia's future looks bright, and hopefully our green gets greener! I think Never submit will be their biggest moneymaker of all because it has a strong following.
