A disservice is a CEO of a publically traded company who destroys his shareholders value over 90% from .95 to .16 another disservice is trusting a CFO who's shady back round can be found on any search engine, how the board missed that one is an absolute disservice..

Asking for updates on the multiple endless lawsuits the CEO is currently tangled in isn't a disservice it's a valid concern

Say something substantive about BECC as an example of what would be a service to this board.
