by a majority of the outstanding shares in the shareholder meeting on June 12th, to reduce the authorized common shares to 500 million from the current 2 billion authorized shares.

By my calculations - which could be wrong - but it stands to reason that if they are going to reduce from 2 billion to 500 million the R/S ratio would be 1:4 One share for every 4 shares. Unless my arithmatic is off by a billion or so, 2 Billion divided by 4 is 500 Million.
Or conversely 500,000,000 times 4 is 2,000,000,000.

HELP ME OUT HERE ALL Y'ALL.
