If I-B8 was buying the seeds outright from DSCR/AB Agro why would they give them a percentage of the revenue. I know I wouldn't!
If DSCR/AB Agro is getting a percentage of the revenues then they are giving the seeds away.

Exactly...and I am sure that the second alternative would bring us much more revenue.
