I may have missed it but didn't see specific "at market" language however this debt payment estimate suggests that will be the term. If done at current market prices there should be incentive for the funders not to see it fall below the trigger as that would be immediate 40% losses plus a likely race to the bottom as all funders fight to get some of their money back out. If the billionaires already associated with the company jump in and buy the offering it could help stabilize the PPS. We'll find out soon enough I guess! $VPCO
