It's time to end something called a "best seller list" - it's an advertising tool for book publishers. What serious reader bases their selections on books that are on such a list vs. a book they can learn something from?...Why would anyone buy a book "written", and I use that term loosely, by TV entertainer Bill O'Reilly to learn about history vs. by David McCullough, a well-known historian? Yet, O'Reilly's book probably made the "best seller list" - not because he's an expert on history, but because he's a TV entertainer.
