I AM DOING MY PART TO MAKE THAT SMCE SEC INVESTIGATION HAPPEN ANOTHER TIME GIAIV.
I WOULD LOVE TO SEE ALL SMCE TRADES INVESTIGATED BY THE SEC FOR AS FAR BACK AS THEY WANT TO GO.
The SEC will typically subpoena trading records, instant message conversations, emails, twitter, facebook, phone calls, message board posts - THEY LOVE THE PRIVATE ONES . They want the ill gotten gains folks the most, the affiliates as well as company insiders.

LOL! Nonsense, there are no SMCE "offshore shenanigans" Giaiv, it's just another baseless claim without a shred of proof nor support. I place it right next to Short Volume means that the MMs shorted SMCE and claiming a massive "moass" is occurring because there are 5 bazillion shares of SMCE that haven't been delivered.

No need for concern about the files, Giaiv, I'm quite detailed in that respect - rest assured that no stone was left unturned.
