Observation of NHMD, You can tell who is in charge of NHMD. Looks like it is Matt Billington. I have attended many board meetings, and there is always one constant. The person in charge sits at the head of the table, so all questions can be answered without looking both ways. Call it reading tea leave, but omething's not right IMO.
