AL take a look at this MACD,

when MACD hits neutral, it's about to it today the stock starts going up. Normally MACD tends to stick to neutral if there had been no rally before and stock moves closely to neutral line, however IVFH had rally to 0.1 followed by steep sell off to 0.04, now we are bout to finish down cycle, MACD will it neutral today and then stock may move to 0.06 as MACD goes into the positive cycle
