First, How in the world were you not aware, it literally is on 75% of every bit news that comes out about PSID. You owned PSID for how long again?

Second, of course it invalidates the information contained, because there is no information, there is never any substance besides "we complated phase 1.423243 of testing and it went well, we'll start testing phase 1.87823 in the few months and expect that to go well"

Third, the SEC doesnt care about a lowly company like PSID whos shares are on the OTC market. What is there to even investigate? the fact that PSID phase 1.423243 of testing isnt actually complete. Thats all the company does. they say theyre working on it and testing, they could say the same thing to the SEC, and it would probably be true. In fact I have a box that detects ebola right now infront of me that I made with a captain Crunch cereal box and toothpicks and Im going to test it in the next quarter.
