These ups and downs are just people playing the game. None of it means anything and there won't be a real change until they close a PGM deal or break ground on a plant. I'd like to believe they will do this, but with their track record it's more likely they will continue to do nothing except spend money.
The fact that Levine left and Adessky is still there says it all to me.
