JULY 1st - Sign Definitive agreement (this is the LOI for partnering with Canna and the City)
JULY 6th - Funding for the agreement to be completed. (PR OUT NOW ~ Agreement DONE!)
JULY 8th - Sign Letter of intent with HEMP edibles group in California (That was done ~ We will hear about it soon enough)
July 10th - 8K filing with SEC showing details of finalized definitive agreement with Canna and the City (Wonder what the details with this agreement/partnership are?)
August 1st - Finalize business plan with dispensary, growers group and a delivery service. (WOW ~ GROWERS GROUP and a DELIVERY SERVICE? WEED TO GO? Like you call up dominos for a pizza or use their app ~ MAYBE SUTI will have a delivery service where they DELIVER MARIJUANA from some of the dispensaries they have on board?)
August -
~ Release of New Hemp energy drink and other hemp based products including pills for wellness and male enhancement.
~ New Credit card processing and encryption software to protect against identity theft and provide safe transactions for consumers.
COMING SOON
~ Ticker symbol and name change
~ Launch of new website
