I can't recall the last time a transfer agent added any significance to a stock. Actually I can't think of any stock ever putting out a pr for changing their T/A.
Maybe they should now put a T/A selection in stock scanners since it seems pretty important here in PMCB land!
Yesterday's news cannot be down played in it's importance. Beginning today we have a respected and known Transfer Agent on our team. My hope is that along with this move we start to see stability in our daily trading. The unexplainable and irrational swings in share price do not help in building confidence and attracting new investors. Another very big advantage to this change comes with legitimacy. We have some of the best minds in cancer and diabetes research on our team, and have been consistently building a stronger management team. Portraying PMCB as nothing but a scam company is a common theme in spite of the evidence otherwise.
