More than likely they've been negotiating longer than 14 days. I bet they have been in the works earlier. But your line of thinking may still be on track. They haven't even been in true efficacious dosing until now, and they already made sure they got hep b back. They must be really confident that TT-034 is working and will continue to work in order to invest a nice chunk to get it back. But since hep b is much bigger than hep c, this was just another smart move before the big boom.
