A lot of money DSUS does not have.

Why would any new start up company instantly agree to inherit 3.7M in liabilities?

Still have not seen a plausible explanation for that being as none exists.

In the world of real big business that would be plain ass stupid if you are a new start up trying to make it in the real business world.

Might as well drop a concrete block on your own toes.

Yup! That IS a lot of money. Holders will NOT just let it slide, nor should they.

The only way to pay off the Series C Preferred shareholders is with money from the pockets of current and new shareholders.

That's just the way it is.
