If the funds involved are serious about getting the share price higher and eliminating debts and improving things It would be nice to see them
- Announce the retiring of shares back to the treasury on debt absorption agreement.
- Have a formal investor relations firm
- provide more disclosure/ details on Canary Holdings
- Have a new website for investors/customers to go to
- Show progress of some of the recent restructuring agreement deals previously made.
Sign a new deal restricting the funds shares until a new future date or add a leak out clause as to how many they can sell into the market monthly if there isn't one already in place to help provide some reassurance.
I see several early moves that are very favorable but the fact that the stock is seeing these swings and we are left talking about huge offshore short positions becomes a little disappointing. I'm aware of the share structure and with otc stocks trading largely on potential at 12/100ths of a penny and the large acquisition recently completed a half a penny++ should be easy if they can put some of these pieces together and bring in stronger bid support.
