Actually, I do think that filing is required.....that being cleared up my question to you would be - why would he refuse to file and put himself at risk of federal prosecution? I think your whole point lends question to your credibility and your innuendos.

You've said before that you aren't a shareholder and your purpose on this board is to basically to save all of us blind NMKT shareholders from ourselves. Well, it would seem with all the bashing that you do that you are hoping to crush investor confidence and utimately drive down the share price. Thanks for looking out for us, but I think you have other motives. Were any charges brought forth from your prior SEC complaint? I think we would have heard news on that. If NMKT is a scam company as you say, then how did they ever make it onto the d and t fastest growing companies. Don't you think d and t have ways to not include scam companies?
