Napa The dividend PR has some sensible observations but was pretty not-committal as there was no real choice between alternatives. On the one hand SIAF is going to pay a dividend. On the other hand it suggested that it made little sense to pay a cash dividend of ROE is above 20 %. It also stated that in the past ROE had been above 20 %. Does this mean that there will be a cash dividend? When? The market may have been frustrated by the impenetrable haze.
