After reading the SEC fillings, yes a form 14c was filed, but if the company is not current its just a waist of money filling this. Once they are current they will need to refile a form 14c if the NewCo. votes to do a R/S and what will be the ratio????

That was the old co., the new co. probably won't do one. The old R/S was suppose to be 200 to 1. This is legit in the world of R/S's. You have a much larger pool of buyers looking for stocks in the .01-.10 range then you do at 0001/2. This R/S makes sense.
