Well, I'm no apologist for the Nasdaq and I'm sure not saying anything against IBD. But, choosing a specific group of stocks for a short window of time against an index doesn't say much to me.
In any event, it really doesn't matter anyway. The issue, with respect to the broad view of the markets (which is MY interest), is whether the NAS breaks a trendline or not. That will certainly be one of the larger drivers to the overall market since the Nasdaq index consists of 4,000 stocks.
The other major driver is the S&P 500 which is still above the trendline.
