He won't buy at any number. Why is .0019 so special? the fact is if you believe in this buying now at .0032 is a smarter move than waiting. What if it never gets below .003 again? What if it spikes next week to over .004 and never goes back down? Are you saying that you wouldn't buy if it starts a slow move up every week? Then you are not an investor, you are a flipper, or worse a basher. NOBODY that believes in a stock and has read all the DD "waits" for it to fall almost 50% before getting in. Anyway, try to fool someone else, most of us caught on to you from the start.
