"Consultants" don't issue orders to the transfer agent, nor do they call investors and lie to them on behalf of the company (re: me); Consultants also don't show up as "CEO" on the Texas SOS. Neither do they draft debentures with their own names listed as the selling party, and their old friends listed as the receiving party.
Consultants also don't personally seal and sign merger deals. Paul sent me a photo of him signing the POPstar deal in Vancouver last Spring. Didn't see any Telatinos board members in the room.
Most importantly, consultants have to be PAID by someone who works for the company.
