4. Petrozene is revolutionary and there is an interest in the oil transportation side of the industry. It is an aromatic solvent with light ends and chemicals making the product useful in the removal of sludge and paraffin.

Also contains 20-30% aspahltene sludge.

No evidence of interest by the oil industry.

6. FSNR has a young CEO. He is a Genius and his leadership ability is proven.

I will admit he is a genius on seeing an IQ test. Until then it's unproven. Leadership of a company with 1 employee... I'll stand by calling that unproven leadership.

7. Dynamis Energy has a VC fund that has deep pockets . Dynamis Energy has secured numerous DOD contracts, ( Department of Defense) Dynamis Energy being a private company does not divulge information . Dynamis contracts are secured and information cannot be released due to their contracts.

So there is no verifiable information about Dynamis contracts?

I'm not saying they don't exist. I'm saying they're not verifiable, so making statements that can't be backed up is misleading.

11. FSNR has implemented it's business plans to a revenue-generating business.

Until you can point to a 10Q showing revenue, this statement is FALSE. Not just unprovable, but out-and-out FALSE.

12. FSNR has managed to keep all quarterly and annual audits in place and all reports current with the SEC.

TRUE.

13. FSNR has an active support base and the shareholders are of the best in the market.

Active support base is true. Quality of shareholders is unprovable (unless "generation of unverifiable hype" is the measure of quality).
