you are also confusing market cap with shareholder equity (a balance sheet item)

June 30 10Q--- $3.6 mil in shareholder equity (That includes all pref)

They raised 5mil on April 1st total $8.6 mil

the cfo on the cc said they're spending $1.7 mil per month. read the transcript (5.1 mil for the second quarter)

that leaves $3.5 mil - they just raised 600k thats 4.1 mil BUT

they are still spending $1.7 mil per month

do the math they need lots more capital
