Hiring a reseller is fantastic? I wonder why other companies don't do press releases every time they hire sales...oh because legitimate companies know that doesn't equal revenue.

Typically unaccredited investors are the last ones you go to when you're doing a $40M raise. You don't start with them. That's a HUGE red flag!!!
