This company is as legit as it gets. If it was not for Jeff, this ticker would be worthless by now. Remember FargoTube. If Jeff wants to award himself $10m shares of MRDN so be it. I don't mind him getting his as long as we get ours and WE WILL GET OURS.
You were confused then and you are confused now. First of all, it is a stock dividend and the price of MRDN is irrelevant as to how many shares stockholders get. The price is only important if you are going to flip the new shares and I don't plan to. MRDN is severely undervalued now but won't be forever.
