You have NO legal recourse unless you can show criminal intent. The articles of incorporation are posted where everyone can read them, and they CLEARLY state that the preferred A shares totally control the company, and since Donnell holds the majority of the A shares she can do as she pleases, subject only to the debt obligations that the company has incurred, so even though Joe Canouse has removed himself from the limelight as ceo he still controls the company through the debt.

It has been posted here NUMEROUS times that QASP common shares have ZERO value, and the ONLY way to make a profit buying them is to find a bigger sucker who will pay more for them than you did, and that is difficult to do considering the insiders get their shares for less than they can be purchased by retail.

It's best to take losses and move elsewhere if one wants to make any money. Any money put here is DOA.
